The website is an inquiry site: it does not offer a shopping cart, take online payments, or place a bulk order automatically. Our published policy is Free Design. Send us your logo or idea — our designers will deliver free 2D artwork, so you can see your packaging before you commit anything. For physical samples, we produce custom samples in 5–7 days. The sample fee is fully refunded when you place your first bulk order. Shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS is charged at cost. Ask our team to confirm the project-specific sample fee and the practical details of the sample and first bulk order.

When sharing a logo, artwork, or reference file, tell us which assets are yours to use and which images are visual references. Provide accurate product wording and any required labeling that needs to appear on the package. Keep the file version and requested changes clear so the design discussion can be followed. Do not include passwords, payment information, or unrelated sensitive personal information in the inquiry form. If the project involves third-party artwork or a licensed brand, raise those permissions in the discussion before a design is approved for production.
