Structure & fit
Review the box around the actual product, closure, and packing arrangement.
THE DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
A considered box begins with a clear specification. Discuss structure, artwork, samples, and the documentation your project requires.

Packaging quality control starts before a box reaches production. Clear product dimensions, intended use, and artwork reduce ambiguity in the specification. Explain how the contents will be packed, whether the packaging is part of a retail presentation, and how it will travel to the customer. A box for a gift set and a box used for parcel shipping have different considerations. Our discussion begins with those requirements rather than a claim that one specification is suitable for every use. Project-specific material details and production timing will be confirmed in your quote.
The sample stage is an opportunity to evaluate the package as a complete system. Put the intended product inside, check the closure, and consider how it will be assembled or filled. If an insert is proposed, review how the product is held and removed. If the presentation box sits inside an outer carton, explain that arrangement as well. A visual mockup can help establish proportions and artwork, but it cannot replace a physical review of fit and handling. Share practical observations from your team so any requested changes are documented clearly.
A useful artwork approval identifies the exact version being reviewed. Check the product name, required information, placement, and readability on every relevant panel. Review the opening direction so text and graphics face the right way when the box is assembled. If color or surface appearance is especially important, raise that requirement with our team during the quote and sample discussion. Printing methods, finishing choices, and tolerances need to be agreed for the project. This page does not substitute an illustrative render for a production sample or a confirmed print specification.
Certification documents and product compliance requirements should be reviewed in the context of the actual order. If your procurement process requires a particular certificate, material declaration, or inspection document, list it in your inquiry. We will discuss which records are relevant and available for the proposed specification. Certificates will be published here when their scans and details have been provided and checked. Pending document slots are visibly marked, and do not state that a certification has been verified. Claims about food contact, recycled content, or suitability for regulated products must be confirmed for the particular material and use.
Custom samples are ready in 5–7 days. The sample fee is fully refunded when you place your first bulk order, with courier shipping charged at cost. Use the sample review to identify the agreed structure and visual direction, and record any outstanding questions before moving into production. The final specification should bring together dimensions, material, artwork, finishing, quantity, and packing requirements. If you would like to discuss factory verification or your own inspection process, include those needs in the inquiry.
