Free Design gives your packaging idea a useful first step. Send us your logo or idea — our designers will deliver free 2D artwork, so you can see your packaging before you commit anything. The mockup lets you discuss the overall shape, proportions, and artwork together. Share a product photograph, dimensions, brand assets, or reference images if you have them. You can ask for the free mockup through the form below, with the free design option already selected.

A physical sample gives you something different to review: the fit, opening, closure, and handling of the packaging. Custom samples are ready in 5–7 days. The sample fee is confirmed for your project, and the fee is fully refunded when you place your first bulk order. This policy lets you evaluate a custom sample before committing to the full quantity. The minimum order quantity, sample specification, and practical order details are discussed in your quote. The free design is available before a physical sample is ordered.

Shipping for custom samples is via DHL, FedEx, or UPS at cost. The quoted sample production time is 5–7 days; the courier journey is a separate part of receiving the sample. Provide your delivery country in the inquiry and discuss the full delivery address with our team when the sample is arranged. If you have a date for reviewing packaging, share it at the beginning so the conversation can account for sample production and shipping together. Any project-specific shipping arrangements will be confirmed directly rather than assumed from a general example.

Use the actual product when possible. Check the usable internal space, the way the contents are supported, and whether the box opens as intended. For a folding carton, review the panel direction and closure. For a mailer, consider the complete packing arrangement. For a gift set, try removing and replacing each item in the insert. Review artwork placement and required information as well. Note any requested changes and separate visual revisions from structural changes so the next specification is easy to follow. A sample is most useful when it answers practical questions about the project.

Samples Without Risk is our sample fee policy: need a physical sample? We produce custom samples in 5–7 days. The sample fee is fully refunded when you place your first bulk order. The details of your first bulk order, including quantity, agreed specification, production timing, and shipping arrangement, are confirmed through the quotation process. Keep your sample discussion and approval in the project email conversation so the relevant details stay together. If you have questions about how the refund is handled, ask our team before ordering the sample so those practical details can be confirmed.
