Minbei Packaging is a custom packaging factory in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China, working with OEM and ODM paper box projects. Our website focuses on three product families: folding cartons, corrugated and mailer boxes, and rigid gift boxes. Each offers a different starting point for the way a product is presented, packed, and opened. We begin with your own product rather than asking you to fit it into a fixed catalog example. Packaging decisions become easier when structure and artwork can be reviewed together. Send us your logo or idea — our designers will deliver free 2D artwork, so you can see your packaging before you commit anything. You can arrive with a finished brand system, a product photograph, or a few references that explain the direction. The first mockup creates a shared visual starting point. It helps you discuss proportions, opening, and layout before moving to a physical sample, with project specifications confirmed in your quote.

Need a physical sample? We produce custom samples in 5–7 days. The sample fee is fully refunded when you place your first bulk order. Shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS is charged at cost. A sample lets you look beyond an image and assess fit, handling, and the complete opening experience. Try it with the actual product and record any changes to the structure or artwork. The agreed details then help connect your design review to the next stage of the project. Sample fees and minimum quantities are confirmed before you proceed.

Our business model is built around inquiries and project quotations. This website has no shopping cart or online payment flow. That gives us space to discuss the packaging you need, the quantities you are considering, and the delivery destination before an order is agreed. Our aim is to make the factory and its work visible through genuine photographs and documents. The company profile, product photographs, and certification scans will be added as those materials are supplied and reviewed. Pending information is clearly marked rather than replaced with invented capacity figures, customer names, or certificate numbers. Current product renders are illustrative packaging concepts.
