MOQ depends on the box style, materials, size, and printing process. Send us your estimated quantity and we will discuss a practical starting point for your project. Our confirmed minimum order quantities will appear with each product once the details have been provided.
How does your sample policy work?
Custom samples are ready in 5–7 days. The sample fee is fully refunded when you place your first bulk order. Shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS is charged at cost. Free design lets you review the visual direction before requesting a physical sample.
How long does sampling and production take?
Custom sampling takes 5–7 days. Bulk production lead times depend on your box structure, finishing requirements, quantity, and approval schedule. Please share your required delivery date with your inquiry so we can discuss the production and shipping timeline for your specific project.
What artwork formats do you accept?
AI and print-ready PDF files are good starting points. If you only have a logo or an idea, send it to us and our designers will create free 2D artwork within 24 hours. We can discuss file setup, dielines, print areas, and finishing details before production.
Can I mix designs in one order?
Tell us how many designs, sizes, and quantities you have in mind. Combining designs depends on the material, structure, printing setup, and production requirements. We will review your project and explain the available options in your quote rather than assume that every combination is interchangeable.
What payment terms are available?
Payment methods, deposit requirements, and the balance schedule are confirmed in your quotation and order agreement. Contact our team for the payment terms that apply to your project. Your sample fee is fully refunded with your first bulk order under our sample policy.

Yes, discuss a factory visit with our team when planning your project. Contact us in advance to coordinate the visit and the information you need to review. Factory photos, company details, and available certification documents will be added as verified materials become available.
